Our commitment to your success, healing and self-improvement journey doesn’t end when your session does. On our site you have access to numerous blog posts written by our very own team, packed with free helpful information, encouraging tips and practical tools. You are welcomed to reach out to us through our ‘contact us’ page and we aim to get back to you within 48 hours or comment and engage with us on the blogs! 

What to expect

The initial consultation for all services is 40 minutes and will be used to assess your situation, personal goals and what you would like to get out of the sessions. All new prospective clients must book an initial consultation first.

Our standard counselling, hypnotherapy and lifestyle coaching sessions are 50 minutes, allowing for a comprehensive exploration of the individual's needs and effective treatment. 
It is advised to book a block booking for 6 sessions at a reduced priced after the initial consultation and then move to booking individual standard sessions once you are satisfied with the progress you have achieved and only require further maintenance sessions.

Face to Face

Experience the benefits of tailored, in-person therapy in a safe and comfortable environment.

Location: We provide Face-to-Face sessions at our premises, in a private and secure room to ensure complete comfortability. 

Benefits: Face-to-face sessions allow for direct, personal interaction, enabling us to build a strong therapeutic relationship in which you are truly comfortable allowing  us to go deep into, what it is that has brought you here. Sessions can be booked up to 24 hours in advance.

What to Expect: Once your session is booked you will receive email confirmation with information about the date, time and location. We ask you to arrive at least 5 minutes early to ensure you do not miss a single minute of your session. 

Video Session

Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of receiving therapy wherever you feel most comfortable.

Platform: We use Zoom, a secure and easy-to-use video conferencing platform.

Benefits: Video sessions offer the same level of personalised care as in-person meetings while eliminating the need for travel. They are ideal for those with busy schedules, mobility issues, or living in remote areas. Sessions can be booked up to 24 hours in advance.

What to Expect: You will receive a secure Zoom link via email. At 5 minutes before your session start time you will click the link and join the session. During the session, we will engage in therapy just as we would in person. 

Telephone Session

Access professional therapy, support and guidance through a simple phone call.

Platform: Standard telephone call for clients in the UK and Faceless Zoom Call for international clients.

Benefits: Telephone sessions offer flexibility and ease, making it simple to fit therapy into your busy life. They are also a great option for those who may feel more comfortable talking without the visual aspect of video calls. Telephone sessions have the shortest turn around time and can be booked from 1-hour before the session start time (provided the slot is available), we have structured it this way to offer the most support in times when you may really need it but can’t wait till your next scheduled session!

What to Expect: You will receive a confirmation email within the hour. No need for you to do anything, we will call you, at your scheduled appointment time.
